Meet the Director

My name is Nicole Vaccaro, and I am the Director at Stepping Stones Preschools of Elkland. I have over five years of experience in childcare and have developed a true passion for early childhood education. I am committed to creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable to learn, grow, and be themselves. Watching children reach new milestones and build confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with both families and staff, and I strive to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere throughout our center. I enjoy bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and structure into the classroom and daily routines, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping learning engaging and exciting for the children.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my children, making lasting memories, and appreciating the little moments. I also enjoy decorating and being outdoors whenever possible. I bring that same creativity and positive energy into my role each day and truly care about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families I serve.
