I am the Co-Director at Stepping Stones Preschool in Mansfield. I have been working in childcare since 2017, bringing years of experience, compassion, and dedication to supporting children and families. Before working professionally in childcare, I spent many years babysitting for family and friends, where my love for caring for children first began.

I hold an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting and will start my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in May to further expand my knowledge and passion for the childcare field. I previously worked at the Troy Stepping Stones location before accepting the role of Co-Director at the Mansfield site in August 2025.

Outside of work, I have been with my husband for over 20 years and married for nearly 17 years. Together, we have three amazing children—Mackenzie, Austin, and Brexton—who bring so much joy to my life.

I am passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive every day.
